Welcome to the website of www.ematax.com.au (“the Domain”). The Domain is owned and operated by EMA Tax Accountants & Business Advisors Pty Ltd (“EMA”) which is a registered business of the state of Western Australia (WA Australia). EMA shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or other notices and publications posted at the Domain without notice or liability to you. Any changes made by EMA or the Domain and its Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy or other notices and publications posted at the Domain shall be effectively immediately following the posting of such changes at the Domain. These Terms of Use were last modified on 1 July 2010.
